  1. Hi Phil,

I listen everyday while at work and i appreciate the music of my generation without all the silly banter.

    thanks

  3. Good Morning Dr. Phil,
I wanted to leave a comment to let you know how much I enjoy your daily bread readings. It is a great way to start off the morning. I lost my mom last April and it has been really hard to deal with, she lived with us. The mornings seem to be the hardest, not having her to talk to before I start my day. But when I get in the car and hear your messages it makes me think of her and smile. Thanks again, and please keep up the good work! Love your show!

  4. Dr. Phil, I enjoy your EZ listening voice, however, Mr. Scott would occasionally
play Sinatra, Bennet, even Jimmy Durante, OK maybe Jimmy is too far out there but how about the other two. Nick

  6. I really enjoy your format. I am also a huge Springsteen fan. Besides Born in the USA ,Dancing in the Dark, and a few more better known songs Bruce has many ballads that would fit into your format. To name a few:
All that Heaven will Allow, Missing You,If I Should Fall Behind,Lift Me Up,Lonesome Day,Walk Like a Man,Sad Eyes, One Step Up…… and many more. I hope this doesn’t go to deaf ears. I believe your audience would be surprised to hear this side of Bruce.
    Thanx
    Howard

  9. Dr. Phil, I love your voice in the mornings. It’s a very soothing voice and I enjoy what you bring to the show. However, I miss the music from the previous format. The music, I think fits your voice, your format, and your soothing tone. Is there any way to compromise?

  11. The Good Dr. Phil is the best thing going for radio anywhere - at any time. I drive a little more than 1 hour every day going to work in Richmond from Charlottesville, straight down 64 East, and this gruelling drive is made bearable thanks to your show. As you may remember, I especially appreciate keeping my mind active by trying to win the call-in contests once a month! Keep up the good job!

  14. Dr. Phil; With the omission of Sinatra/Dean Martin from the morning show I thought I would not write to you again….but the addition of
“How Great Thou Art” is an awesome addition…It’s inspiring. I’m back just to catch Carrie Underwood sing it.. Nick

  17. Dear Dr. Phil,
There is not alot to add that hasn’t already been said. I too love your show and your morning inspiration, your great voice. I would like to hear a wee bit of music from the 40’s (reminds me of my parents)& I do like it as well as the 50s,60s, and 70s.You play a great variety. I would love to hear the theme to Bridge Over The River Kwai,B.J. Thomas sang a song called “mama”,Edith Piaff, Dean Martin, old time Gospel are just a few. I leave my radio on your station all day at work.We also loved Paul Scott!
    Thank you

  22. I listen to your show everyday via work. It’s nice listening to music you can actually understand, and not something that is screaming and yelling. Your personality shows thru on the waves. Makes for a great work day! Thanks for your talent!
